We are sorry that you have experienced a defect or issue with your product. Reporting a defect and making a warranty claim is simple and can be done by contacting us at [email protected]

Please include following information in your claim:

  • Order number
  • product name (& size)
  • picture(s) of defect
  • Explanation of the situation or reason of defect

Once we receive all the required information, we will evaluate the incident and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


General warranty period

We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects, for products purchased via our website (osakaworld.com) .We prioritise customer satisfaction and are dedicated to ensuring the durability and reliability of our items.

Typical examples of manufacturing defects include:

  • Field hockey sticks: delamination, loose laminate layers, faulty stitching, or structural weakness.

  • Padel rackets: broken frames, faulty stringing, or bonding failures.

  • Apparel/ Bags: stitching defects, faulty zippers, fabric tears not caused by normal wear, or incorrect assembly.

  • Footwear: sole detachment, uneven or loose stitching, defects in the insole, discolouration, or abnormal material cracking.

Warranty period EU

In Europe, a statutory warranty of 2 years applies. For claims under this statutory warranty, we require sufficient evidence that the damage or defect resulted from a manufacturing fault and was likely present at the time of delivery, if the defect occurred after 6 months.


The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Signs of use or aging

  • Incorrect handling or misuse of the product

  • Breakage from stick-to-stick contact or impact damage

  • Hook wear

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint or surface marks)


Products not ordered on Osakaworld.com

Items that were not bought via Osakaworld.com, don't fall under our warranty policy.
