When are items restocked?Updated a year ago
If you're interested in a product that's currently sold out or not available online, we unfortunately can't confirm when or if it will be restocked. Some products are limited to a particular season, and are not restocked. However, we highly encourage you to either add those items to your wishlist or to stay updated on its availability by using the 'Notify Me When Available' function. While we can't guarantee that every product will return, if it does, we'll be sure to notify you promptly.
To add a product to your wishlist, simply click on the heart icon located next to the 'add to cart' button of the product. Additionally, you can subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new arrivals. Managing your wishlist is simple; just log in to your Osaka account and navigate to the 'Wishlist' section at the top right corner of our website.
