How can I check my order status?Updated a year ago

Checking the status of your order is very simple. In just a few clicks, you can know the status of your order:

• Access your account here. You can see all your orders and review their status by clicking on Order Number. Remember that if you forget your password, you can always reset it. If you don't have an account yet, feel free to create one to accumulate points and get discounts. If an order appears unfulfilled, this means it has not been shipped yet - however, we are busy preparing the parcel for shipping.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order leaves our warehouse. In this email, you will find the track and trace code to track your parcel and check the delivery status once it has been fulfilled. Click on Track Your Package: you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you can see where the package is and how long it will take to be delivered.
