How can I track my order?Updated a month ago
Checking the status of your order is very simple. In just a few clicks, you can know its complete status:
- Access your account here where you can see all your orders and review their status by clicking on each one of them on Order Number. Remember that if you forget your password, you can always reset it. And if you don't have an account, feel free to create one to accumulate points and get discounts! If an order appears unfulfilled, this means it has not been shipped yet - however, it could be in preparation.
- Access the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order leaves our warehouse to track your package and check the delivery status once it has been fulfilled. Click on Track Your Package: you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you can see where the package is and how long it will take to be delivered.
