How do I make a return?Updated a month ago
Thank you for shopping at Osaka World. If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them free of charge for EU*, UK* & USA orders within 30 days of receiving your package. It is not possible to exchange the products.
Once the return has been received you will be informed by mail. The value of the returned products will be refunded to the account that was used for the purchase within 15 days.
Please note the following requirements for our return policy:
- Item(s) unworn in original packaging and resellable condition.
- Item(s) unwashed/unaltered and with original tags.
How to return your parcel:
- Go to the return portal to register your return.
- Log in with order ID and email address. Your order ID exists out of 5 numbers and is mentioned on your package slip. It is different from your order number on your confirmation email. Make sure you use the email address which you used to make the order.
- Pack the product(s) in the original box (if possible).
- Put the return label on top of the package.
- Bring your parcel to a service point of the courier who delivered your parcel, near you. The courier can be found on the return label. Keep the receipt as proof of return.
Note: Sometimes it happens that items are mentioned in the return platform that don't belong to your order. However, we can assure you that this doesn't have any implication on the refund or the amount you paid.
If can't find your return number or lost your label, please contact our customer service.
Rest of the world: At the moment we don't offer free returns.
Returns are at your own expense. You can go to a postal service in your area and send the package to our warehouse. You don't need to indicate your return via the portal. Instead your package should contain the packing slip indicating which items you have returned.
