You can recognize this email by looking for the subject line containing "Order #xxxxx confirmed"

If you can't immediately find the confirmation email, try to look into the spam folder of your email account, sometimes it happens that the mail appears there.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase, it is often the case that there is an error in the email address provided. In any case, please contact us so that we can send the confirmation email to the correct email address as soon as possible.
