I get an error in the return portal, what can I do?Updated a year ago

If you can't log your return, please check the following things:

  • Check whether you used the correct order ID. This order ID is mentioned on your delivery note included in your parcel. This order ID exists out of 5 numbers and is different from the order number mentioned in your confirmation mail.
  • Check whether you used the same email address that you used for the order. This is the email address via which you got the order confirmation.
  • We stick to a 30-day return window. Once the return window lapsed, we can unfortunately not offer a return anymore.

If none of those elements are the cause of the error, contact our customer service.
