I received a damaged item, what should I do?Updated a year ago
Please contact us using the email used to place your order and provide us with more details. This is what must be provided:
1. Order number (you can find this in your confirmation email, exists out of #xxxxx)
2. Product name and size
3. Images where the flaw can be seen clearly
Once we receive all the required images, we will evaluate the incident and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
