I received an incorrect item, what should I do?Updated a year ago
If you receive an incorrect item from Osaka World - an incorrect product or incorrect size - please contact our customer service providing the following information:
- The state of the package received
- Photos where you show us the product you received and where the size is visible, as well as the box label.
What we can do for you:
- In case the product is in stock, we will check if it is possible to send over a replacement.
- If this is not the case, we will create a return request for you and, once the product is returned, transfer the amount of the incorrect item to a gift card for you to use as you wish.
