Missing an item from my order, what should I do?Updated a year ago
We're sorry that there's an item missing from your order! Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:
- Review your order, both from the order confirmation you received and from your account on osakaworld.com to confirm the missing item is included in the order confirmation. If you’ve placed multiple orders, your orders will have different order numbers - this means multiple deliveries and no incomplete orders.
- You may have placed an order with in-stock and customized items. In this case, we have shipped them separately.
What we can do for you:
- In case the product is in stock, we will check if it is possible to send over a replacement.
- If this is not the case, we will inform you and transfer the amount of the incorrect item to a gift card for you to use as you wish.
