If you’re looking to return your order or an item of your order, we're here to help!
We offer free returns for the European Union*, UK* & USA orders within 30 days of receiving your order. It is not possible to exchange the products.
You can log your return via our return portal.
- Go to the return portal to register your return with the order ID and email address.
- Your order ID exists out of 5 numbers and is mentioned on your package slip.
Your order ID is not the same as your order number mentioned in your confirmation email.
Make sure you use the email address which you used to make the order. - Pack the product(s) in the original box (if possible).
- Put the return label on top of the package.
- Bring your parcel to a service point of the courier who delivered your parcel, near you. The courier can be found on the return label. Keep the receipt as proof of return.
Please note the following requirements for our return policy:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition. Labels and seals must not have been removed. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled will not be taken back.
- Customized items are final and cannot be returned.
Once the return has been received you will be informed by mail. Within 15 days after the receipt of the parcel, a final check will be performed on the items. The value of the returned products as well as the shipping costs will be refunded to the account used for the purchase.
For the UK: When you live in the UK, receiving your refund can take up to 30 days due to Brexit.
Rest of the world: At the moment we don't offer free returns. Keep in mind that import duties and handling fees might be deducted from your refund when you return a parcel from a country that is located outside of the EU and the US.
*At the moment we don't have free returns for Northern Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland or Croatia.
